We provide this assistance mainly thanks to our partners, who provide us with the necessary materials free of charge or at a reduced price. In this way, we are able to provide a larger quantity of the needed material and help more families.
Our main activities include helping shelters providing asylum to families who have left their homes due to the war and find themselves in need. Shelters are often one of the last options for these families to secure safe accommodation. These families are often in the worst situation because they have lost their home and income, and many times find themselves without the means to provide basic necessities such as food, clothing and hygiene items. Our job is to provide them with material assistance in the form of food, clothing, hygiene items and other necessities to help them survive this difficult situation.
Helping families in shelters also contributes to improving their mental health. When families get the help and support they need, they can feel safer and less stressed.
